Ingredients

3. T. butter
-
1 cup chopped onion
-
1 clove garlic, minced/pressed

1 lb. ground meat (turkey, beef, lamb)

1 T. curry powder
-
1 1/2 t. salt
-
dash pepper
-
dash each of: cinnamon, ginger, and tumeric
-
2 cups cooked tomatoes
-
2 potatoes, diced
-
2 cups frozen peas or green beans






































Instructions


Saute: butter onion garlic Add: ground meat brown well


stir in: curry salt pepper cinnamon, ginger, tumeric tomatoes potatoes frozen peas or green beans


Cover and simmer 25 min. Stiring occasionally.


Serve over rice. Option: garnish with coconut before serving.


Serving Suggestions

This is very tasty and not too spicy. You do have to like curry, but it isn't spicy curry.
